Don’t forget you can get a potentially significant saving by paying for next years comps upfront. There is no time restriction when this has to be done but if you intend to enter a number of the comps you don’t want to miss the opportunity

A reminder for those of you who wern't at the AGM, you can pre-pay for twenty four (24) of next years (2025) club competitions (see schedule below) it will be the same cost aslast year namely £50 for 24 Comps.
As with previous years the following conditions apply
a. Not all club competitions are included. A schedule will be provided in due course.
b. All other requirements / rules which apply to comps ie putting your name on the sheet, fines for not showing up etc still apply.
c. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
d. If you put your name on the competition sheet and then decide to pull out after the draw date and prior to the play date you must pay a £1 penalty and cannot enter any other comps until that’s paid.
You can pay with your annual membership renewal ie there will be provision on the form to do so or, you can pay at any other time that suits you. All payments must be made via bank transfer only or if necessary a cheque.

This link provides a Full diary of all club activities including Seniors events (JB to confirm)+ Inter-club / County comps, Societies etc
Its our intention to add all comps on IF or handicap master in the fullness of time

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT any discrepancies between the notice board, this blog & any postings on IG the NOTICE BOARD takes priority. if you do see any differences can you please advise the club in the usual way
