The lounge Computer & TV’s are both up and running thanks to Dave T. I’ll e-mail you all the pass code in the next day or 2 but, the easiest way to get connected is to “share” with someone who is already connected.

Open-Reach finally reconnected us today. We have a new router so you’ll need to use EA guest internet till we share the new password with you.


We are nearly there so bear with us please.

EA’s IT dept kindly yesterday (30/1/25) piggy backed our internet onto their own system . Hopefully openreach will reinstate our own supply AGAIN on 19/1/25.


In summary when your next in the lounge you should have WiFi connection

We’ve been advised we will be reconnected again on 19/2/25

It’s unbelievable but we have had to apply for ANOTHER new line. We are told it’s not going to be till end of Jan 25. until then we have no internet.

The clubs computer is working off EA public wi fi so is working but SLOWLY.... so please be patient.


We've been advised our new service will be in place on 21/11/24

Somehow BT have given away our service to another provider without our permission. This means the computer in the lounge isn’t working nor is the clubs phone.


A consequence of this is that you will not be able to register your intent to record a game for WHS purposes on the club computer.


The problem is not expected to be resolved for a week at least.


We have made formal complaints to both BT & Offcom who in turn are investigating how this situation has occurred.
