POLITE NOTICE
Please note Hartswood Golf Club will not tolerate any verbal or physical, abuse / threats / intimidation towards any individuals in the Pavilion or on the grounds of KG playing fields / Golf course.
Within the lounge please have patience when you ring the bell for service, and avoid being rude disrespectful or unreasonable it won’t help you. The staff are doing their best.
If you have any complaints please raise them in writing with your name & send to the club via e-mail or, post it in the box within the lounge.
Where appropriate, they will be referred to Club's welfare officer David Grant.

The old rules have just been resurrected. and take precedence should there be any conflict over the post issued on 7/2/22 (see below).

7/2/22 It seems appropriate at this time, to remind members of the rules in the clubhouse
· No Golf Shoes are to be worn in the lounge
· No Hats or Caps are to be worn in the lounge
· No soiled / wet clothing is to be worn in the lounge
· Only smart casual clothing is to be worn in the lounge
· Mobile Phones must be on silent, and no calls are to be made or rec’d in the lounge
· Bare feet are not to be on show in the lounge ie appropriate footwear is to be worn at all times
Appropriate behaviour must be respected all times.
