Pavillion (Digital Door Locks)

The male changing room lock was left on the latch today (Fri 27/12/24) 😩

HGC wish to remind everyone that all belongings in the changing room are left at members own risk ⚠️

As we know EA sensory room (beyond our changing room) has been vandalised on more than one occasion by opportunists kids due to doors been left open unnecessarily.

Can we please ask AGAIN that no doors in the Pavillion are wedged / left open, they have locks on them for a good reason.

1/11/24 EA have advised us that

“This afternoon around 15:30 they were downstairs and noticed the HGC male changing room wide open being held open with a doorstop, i asked if anyone was in there and after no response i shut the door and made sure it was locked after”.

Can we ask PLEASE that no doors in the Pavillion are wedged / left open, they have locks on them for a good reason.

17/12/22 Another incident has been bought to our attention by EA meaning it’s necessary once again to reiterate HGC have limited access in the Pavillion ie

1. Our Lounge (This EXCLUDES the BAR, Kitchen)

2. Public areas / WC's (This EXCLUDES the Jubilee room (adj Lounge) or anywhere behind the reception counter).

3. The Clubs Mens & ladies changing rooms in the lower ground floor This EXCLUDES any other rooms / areas

If for any reason you are still unclear where you can go please contact us & we will be pleased to clarify. We have also attached hereto marked up drawings previously issued to assist.

Please be aware if you do venture into other areas other than those described you will be banned from entering the Pavillion by EA without further warning / notice and this will obviously affect your membership to HGC also.

12/11/22 A reminder as requested:

HGC members have areas in the Pavillion dedicated to them which have door codes for access ie

• The Lounge

• Our Changing rooms in the LGF (RHS) at the opposite end of the building to the lift.

We also have access to all Public areas.

We do not have access and should not enter any other areas not referred to above.

16/10/22 At a recent meeting with BBC & EA HGC were advised that:-

"No smoking signs have been removed from the HGC balcony without permission.

HGC to remind all members that it is a non-smoking building/site"

Can you all, please respect the rules of the facilities. If you want to smoke you have to do so adjacent the bike store.

24/7/22 Please don’t leave your trolley and / or clubs unattended in any part of the changing room at anytime. As you’re aware it’s a cosy space and therefore not suitable for storage of anything, no matter for how long.
