A quick note to say NO ONE should be sharing any security codes to any doors in the pavilion including both the lounge and changing rooms. This is a serious breech of protocol and makes the point of having a code on doors meaningless.

PS Also if / when you allow people into the lounge you need to sign them in please, not simply open the door to all and sundry.

Thanks for your co operation going forward on these matters.

25/5/24 We wish to remind you of your obligations as a member of HGC that anyone you allow into the club who is not a member, needs to be signed in as your guest. This includes members of the public who you may open the door for.

There are insurance implications should anyone you allow in injure themselves.

Ps a reminder each guest is allowed in a max of 3 times / calendar year

4/5/23

Further to our e mail to all members on 17/3/22 this is a reminder that any guests or members of the public allowed into the lounge need to sign into, and out of the visitors book (Sited under the bell). The book also needs to signed by their host (the member who allows them in)

Before allowing guests / members in, please give consideration to the number of members who are already in the lounge or who have yet to return to it. Also please make sure they are advised of the lounge rules (details of which are on a menu board on the bar).

Guests should be politely asked to leave before the last member leaves
