The recent feedback we have had by a number of members is that since BBC have employed their new administrator things have improved dramatically.
I haven't checked this myself but, am assured by those who have successfully renewed the following will do what is necessary.
For those "renewing" go onto BBC website: https://www.brentwood.gov.uk/hartswood-golf-course#golf-fees-1-april-2021-to-31-march-2022
Press renew Nb the Club membership number is in fact your IG number NOT club Number.
After a time you will receive a phone message with a code
Once rec'd go onto the IG app and apparently in the top LH corner you will be details of how to pay.

A quick note to remind you season ticket prices "usually" increase in price on 1/4/24 !!
Renewals:-
Anyone renewing before the date their old one expires will loose any period in between !
If you renew after the date your old one expires it's understood they will back date your new ticket to when your old one expired.
Don't shoot the messenger.
Just a thought, if yours expires shortly after 1st April it may pay you to purchase before 31/3/24 (subject to price increase of course)
